Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison on Sunday made a plea to the public to let the investigation into the killing of George Floyd take its course even as cities across the country reel from protests, looting, fires and violence sparked by his death.
He also speculated that the three additional officers who were at the scene of Floyd’s detention — but remain uncharged — may face prosecution, too, as the investigation continues to unfold.
