The man's father was unable to get into contact with his son which led him to using GPS that tracked down his car to a driveway in a neighborhood in Kansas City, Missouri.
Police officials have defended how investigators first handled the situation. They didn’t have a search warrant when they towed his car, but Blackstock had been officially reported missing.that officers should have looked inside the car before they moved it.last week that investigators are working towards identifying persons of interest in the case.
