A Study Protocol in BMCNeurol discusses the feasibility and early effects of the mHealth trial: a mobile version of the Australian tele programme i-REBOUND that promotes home-based physical activity in people post stroke or transient ischemic attack.

Each of the three depression and anxiety scales contains 7 items whereby participants rate the extent to which they have experienced symptoms related to depression , anxiety and stress over the past week using a 4-point Likert scale.

Preliminary effects of the mHealth version of the i-REBOUND programme will be analysed using an intention-to-treat and a mixed-effects model to analyse differences in clinical outcomes between the two groups and over time . Outcomes not meeting the assumptions for analysis using a mixed-effects model will be analysed using non-parametric tests.Collected data will be treated confidentially and only the researchers will have access to the code key.
