“Witnesses reported the subject accelerated towards the front doors where employees and customers were standing,” he said in a statement. The driver crashed through the front doors, then tried to flee, but was detained by employees and customers until police arrived, Sargent said.As of Friday, Williamson was being held at the Inmate Reception Center in Los Angeles in lieu of $2 million bail. He is scheduled to appear Monday, Nov. 28, at Pasadena Superior Court for an arraignment.
