Moon Knight sure seems like it's teasing Doctor Doom and that it takes place partially in Latveria.
This very well could just be an introduction to Latveria as a location in the MCU, similar to how we’ve explored other fictional nations like Wakanda, and Doom himself may not appear. But Moon Knight and Doctor Doom do have some amount of history in the comics, so it would not be out the question to see them face off.
An eventual Doom reveal would sort of go along with the pattern of many of these recent Disney Plus series. Hawkeye teased Kingpin from the start and he was there by the end, likely to be a villain in the Echo series to come or in a future Daredevil revival. Loki brought us Kang, who we know is the villain of the upcoming Ant-Man 3.
At this point I am more or less 100% convinced that at the very least, this is Latveria. I mean even the von D- teaser wasn’t an accident, and if people are named “von” anything in this region, it’s probably the same place. I do not know for sure if we will see Victor himself by the end of these six episodes, but I do think it’s possible, and at the very least, we are building up his country and empire here.
