Lunden Roberts, who shares a 4-year-old daughter with Hunter Biden, asked a judge to have the president's son arrested for disobeying court orders in the child support case.
Roberts's lawyers in a filing Thursday asked the Arkansas court to pursue"civil contempt of incarceration," alleging that Biden has not disclosed all financial information during the discovery process.
The filing also stated that Roberts was seeking criminal contempt, which she alleges would"instill in the defendant a course of corrective behavior that will cause the defendant to change his ways and become compliant in the future."
