Fulton MacGregor enjoyed a tour of Persimmon’s Royale Meadow in Muirhead, where he also discussed the company’s commitment to investment across North Lanarkshire.
Coatbridge's MSP visited a Lanarkshire housing development to discover the benefits of the new energy-efficient homes being built.
The second phase of Royale Meadow will include over £1.2 million worth of investment within the area, which includes £140,000 of new playpark equipment for new and existing residents as well as £200,000 towards road improvements. “I’ve seen with previous developments that Persimmon are really keen to invest in the local area and community projects. It’s great to see the same here with the investment in playparks and road improvements taking place.
