A FRAUDSTER mum who blew £37,000 in funds from a charity set up in memory of her dead brother has been ordered to pay back just £1.splashed out on holidays and clothes with cash given by those mourning Richard Pepper - stabbed to death in 2015.
The 37-year-old had previously claimed to have only £300 to her name despite gutting Richard's charity of money. At a hearing in March, Pepper, now known as Kayleigh Towler, said she "never, ever in a million years" imagined that she would end up in "this position".
