Kneeling down on all fours, Hannah Bingham struggled to hold herself up as she doubled over in agony.
“I started having painful periods at 15,” she told the Manchester Evening News. “I thought I just had a bad pain threshold and never went to a doctor. After more than a decade of suffering, Hannah finally received the diagnosis she had been waiting for – she had endometriosis. Some common symptoms of endometriosis include pain in the lower stomach or back , period pain that prevents normal activities and pain during or after sex.
“I was constantly fatigued. Because it had gone on for so long, I presumed that this was part of my life. I just thought I had a weak immune system.
