Residents have been left baffled as a stream running through a Tameside beauty spot keeps turning bright blue. Water running through Hyde Park, in Hyde, has been spotted in a strange shade of blue.
David Gilder shared photographs of the stream with the Manchester Evening News which he took recently. "I have seen it slightly coloured before but never that bad," he said."I understand that this is an issue that has been happening for quite a number of years yet it appears nothing is ever done about it." The photos were taken at around 7.40pm last Wednesday .
