The monster, who was jailed for life for the murders of three women, was known to be in the London area at the time. Patsy's murder was reviewed as a potential case that could be linked to Tobin under Operation Anagram but without any evidence, the theory was dropped.In a fresh appeal for information, the Met Police told The Sun Online: "The investigation into the murder of Patsy Morris in Feltham in 1980 remains open.
