Police have appealed to the public to help identify her so family can be traced.
The identity of a woman fighting for her life in a Glasgow hospital remains a mystery, days after she was was seriously injured by a car.
The crash took place on Elmbank Street at its junction with St Vincent Street and the road was closed for several hours to allow crash scene investigators to conduct their enquiries.Emergency services attended and the woman, who has not yet been identified, was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where medical staff describe her condition as critical. The driver of the car, a 57-year-old man, was uninjured.
