It looks like NFL star Najee Harris had a blast at the San Francisco Giants game. Could it be a harbinger of things to come?
Born in Martinez, Harris moved around the Bay Area before starring at Antioch High School, where he became the top football recruit in the country. After high school, Harris went on to win multiple national championships as a key player for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
In his first professional season last year, Harris led the Pittsburgh Steelers to the postseason, rushing for 1,200 yards — fourth best in the NFL. While he had a great time at the Giants game on Friday, Harris’ life hasn’t always been easy. As a child, Harris experienced hunger and homelessness while growing up in the Bay Area.
