Based on the manga of the same name, and the previous anime version of the story, One Piece tells the story of Monkey D. Luffy and his Pirate crew. The group bonded and formed their crew in the first season and set out to find a mythical treasure — the titular One Piece.
Live-Action One Piece Hasn't Been Renewed For Season 2 The Netflix One Piece season 2 does not have a renewal confirmation yet. This is not a surprise since Netflix almost always waits to see what the viewership numbers look like before choosing to continue a show or not. In most cases, Netflix wants to know the seven-day viewing totals and the one-month viewing hours. After that, Netflix will decide if the numbers warrant more seasons or not.
Also expected to return in season 2 are Vincent Regan as Garp, Morgan Davies as Koby, Aidan Scott as Helmeppo, Armand Aucamp as Bogard, Jeff Ward as Buggy, and Ilia Isorelýs Paulino as Alvida. There will also be a lot of new characters introduced that the next season of the live-action One Piece adaptation will need new actors to fill.
