Syed Dilal Uddin has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for the conversion of the premises at 330 Bolton Road in Ewood. The proposal would also involve the installation of an extraction flue to the rear of the property.
“Ewood park football stadium is located across from the premises. There is also a small retail park to the rear of the property which contains several retail stores and restaurants. “The scale of the development is compatible with the surrounding shop units – there would be no extensions to the built form. The front of the shop will be laid out with waiting area with no seats to eat in. The remainder of the shop is to be converted to a kitchen/ store area where only staff would be allowed.
