The proposals introduced by the Conservatives have not been scrapped by the new Labour Government.

More than 3.5million people on Personal Independence Payment could find out as early as next month whether proposed changes outlined in the ‘Modernising support for independent living: the health and disability green paper ’ will go ahead under the new Labour Government.
