George Akhtar and Fabian Forde say they want to put Kettering Town 'back on the map'.
One of the new co-owners of Kettering Town Football Club says he has ambitions to take the side into the English Football League.
George Akhtar and Fabian Forde bought the Northamptonshire side from previous owner Ritchie Jeune earlier this year.He added: "It's an absolute monster of a club and what really spurred me on was the league that they're in.Google"This club belongs in the Conference . Without getting ahead of ourselves, wouldn't it be amazing to become the first owners to get them into the EFL?" Mr Akhtar said.
