On Sept. 2, the 48-year-old woman was granted bail by a Saskatoon provincial court judge and is subject to electronic monitoring and other conditions during her release.Article content A judge ordered a publication ban on “any information” that could identify the child during the woman’s first Canadian court appearance. Another publication ban was ordered on the evidence presented at her bail hearing as well as the judge’s reasoning for the bail decision.
