NFL running back Adrian Peterson was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport on Sunday after a fight with his wife prompted his plane to turn around.
Peterson was arrested and booked on a charge of “corporal injury of a spouse” the Los Angeles Police Department’s Pacific Division said. The rest of the passengers, including the woman, were able to continue on the flight, KABC reported from airport police.
