In five seasons at UH, Keenum set NCAA career records for passing yards , total yards , passing touchdowns and total touchdowns . He is the only Division I player in history to throw for 5,000 yards in three different seasons. Keenum has played for eight teams in a 10-year NFL career, most recently with the Buffalo Bills.
In his first season, Bourn set school records in runs , stolen bases and walks as a freshman All-America outfielder. He was later a two-time NCAA regional all-tournament selection in 2002-03, helping the Cougars to four straight wins in the College Station Regional. He remains UH’s only two-time MLB All-Star and finished his 11-year career with 1,272 hits and 341 stolen bases. Bourn led the National League in stolen bases three times and was a two-time Gold Glove winner.
As a professional, Booker was a three-time Texas Golf Association champion , two-time U.S. National Club champion and was the 2014 Southern Texas PGA Amateur of the Year. He owns 12 Texas Golf Association event victories and is the only player to hold Texas Mid-Am, South Texas Match Play and Houston City Amateur Titles simultaneously . In 2019, Booker was inducted into the Texas Golf Hall of Fame.
