Saldiveri recently spoke exclusively with The Draft Network. Saldiveri discussed his performance at the combine, positional versatility, and so much more. Saldiveri is a personal favorite of mine as a severely underrated prospect.
In terms of the physical testing, I excelled in the jumping drills that you mentioned. I thought I moved smoothly throughout offensive line position drills as well. I checked a lot of boxes at the combine.Nick Saldiveri: The experience was good, especially coming off the Senior Bowl. The Senior Bowl is a grind of a week. Having one day of physical activity at the combine made it a smooth week. At the Senior Bowl, that first day of full pads smacks you in the face.
I think it’ll be fun to see where I end up. I’m excited to get my hands on the playbook and figure out what system we’re running. It’ll be interesting to see what club I end up with from that perspective. I could have great success in those zone-blocking schemes. Teams have different needs. At the end of the day, having someone like me that can play all five positions is extremely valuable. I think that’s how teams see me. They see me as a valuable asset that can bring value to the organization.
