A leading MSP has demanded action after an explosive report found 90 per cent of vape producers are failing to comply with environment regulations.
And their analysis, which examined the company records of over 150 UK vape and vape juice producers, identified only 16 had signed up to environmental regulations for producer responsibility for waste electricals, portable batteries, and packaging. “If they're sensible, they'll start doing that now, because I get the feeling is going to happen - as they’re causing too many problems."
And the amount of copper inside the products would provide enough of the metal to power over 370,000 electric vehicle charging stations.
