Oakland: Two injured in Redwood Heights shooting
OAKLAND – Five people were injured in two separate shootings Friday in Oakland, according to police.
The first shooting was reported just after 2:15 p.m. in the 3900 block of Masterson Street, the Oakland Police Department said in a statement. Officers arrived to find one victim suffering from gunshot injuries and later learned a second victim had arrived at an area hospital.Just before 8 p.m., a second shooting was reported in the 900 block of International Boulevard, police said in another statement.
