Sgt. Juan Valentino Medrano, 37, was arrested by officers with the San Antonio Police Department about 12:15 a.m. Saturday, according to a news release from the BCSO. The arrest occurred at Babcock Road and Loop 410 on the Northwest Side, but no further details about the arrest or the circumstances were provided.U.S.
The SAPD is handling the criminal investigation, the BCSO release said, adding that an administrative investigation also is underway.
