Presidential candidates will meet with Ohio University's campus community in March.

Students, staff, faculty and alumni, as well as members of the Athens and regional campus communities, are invited to participate in three public forums to meet the candidates. All forums will take place at the Baker University Center and will be livestreamed for those with a university ID.March 7 from 2-3 p.m.
With finalists announced, the candidates will visit Athens in March for campus visits and community forums. The board of trustees with select and appoint the next president in April, and the OU's new leader will begin work in June.Ohio University has been in a transition since May 2021 when former Ohio University President M. Duane Nellis announced he would step down.
