The pitmaster at Cleveland’s Best Barbeque winner Ol’Chefskis took his talents to the World Championship BBQ Cooking Contest in Memphis this past weekend where he was a member of a winning team one of the country’s most prestigious BBQ cooking contests.
Clevelander and celebrity chef Michael Symon visited the Pig Beach team during the competition. Symon was on-location shooting for the Food Network. Ol'Chefskis beat out Symon's Mabel's BBQ during cleveland.com's Best BBQ Contest in 2018. - Photo courtesy Grace Olszewski
