The Made In Chelsea stars suffered heartbreaking losses in their journey to become fathers through IVF
Made In Chelsea stars Ollie and Gareth Locke have announced "we are finally dads" after bringing their newborn twins - named Apollo and Cosima - home following a six-week stay in hospital.
The couple, who married at London’s Natural History Museum in 2020, documented their journey to the hospital to pick up their children for the first time. In the video, Ollie said: “The babies were born six weeks ago. It has been a scary time, they have been in neonatal intensive care for quite a long time.”
Meanwhile, Made In Chelsea's Olivia Bentley posted a picture on Instagram of her cradling Apollo as she gave him a bottle. She announced she has been chosen as his godmother, typing alongside the picture: “Welcome to the world my beautiful godson Apollo Magnus Obi Locke-Locke and little Cosima, you are just wonderful and I can’t wait to watch you grow up and go on a million adventures with you.
The couple went on to suffer further heartbreak and lost five embryos over the course of a year. The couple then tried again with a different surrogate and went through another failed round of IVF before eventually announcing that they were expecting twins.
