We asked her about the marathon of awards season and the behind the scenes nuts and bolts that go into securing a best dressed red carpet look from the complications of brand contracts to making sure the dress actually zips. Young started her career as Anna Wintour’s assistant and we heard all about her transition from editorial styling to celebrities.
