San Francisco Fire Department units were called just before noon to 706 Missouri St., between Potrero Hill Recreation Center and Interstate 280, on reports of a structure fire and arrived at the three-story dwelling to find heavy smoke and flames showing from the top floor of the building, said the department's Cpt. Jonathan Baxter.
