5I just made this, except I used garlic scapes in place of the onions, as suggested on another page on Bon Appetite. I was just shy of one cup, but it was fine. Mine took just about a minute longer, about 8 minutes in the oven. It was still just a little undercooked, and I sprinkled the top with a bit of parmesan and put it under the broiler. for about 1 minute more. This was great, thank you!
