There are four federal lawsuits challenging Measure 114, coinciding with a litany of firearm-related lawsuits filed in various states, such as California and New York, following the Supreme Court's in June, which held any gun ownership restrictions must have a basis rooted in U.S. tradition dating back to the ratification of the Second Amendment.
