A man in his 30s died in hospital after he was arrested by police on Sunday
The Independent Office for Police Conduct is investigating Merseyside Police after a man, in his 30s, died after being arrested in St Helens. Police were called to reports of concern for welfare, on Sunday, August 20 at Gartons Lane.
Floral tributes have been placed outside a house inside a cordon on Lever Street, which name the man as "Bazza".
