Pending the results of an autopsy the Lycoming County coroner is classifying the death as a suicide.

MUNCY – A driver who led state police on a lengthy pursuit in Lycoming County before crashing is believed to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot, the coroner says, Police have disclosed little information other than troopers at 12:54 a.m. attempted to make a traffic stop eastbound on Interstate 180 just east of Williamsport in Loyalsock Twp.
