WILLIAMSPORT – A Lycoming County teenager is being held without bail accused of severely injuring his former girlfriend’s young daughter in July and assaulting the mother this past Saturday.
The injuries were the result of being struck multiple times with the impact being to the abdomen, he said. “This is an unfortunate complication of child physical abuse,” he said.
