A paedophile currently in jail for molesting kids has been sentenced to a further six years behind bars

George Izatt, 41, who is currently in prison for sexually abusing children, was sentenced again on Tuesday April 11 for reigning terror on a further three victims across a six-year period. After the beast was previously jailed in 2019, media reports prompted a further victim to come forward and report Izatt's offences to police.
From their testimonies, detectives from the public protection unit were able to launch further investigations into Izatt. From there, they identified two further victims. Izatt targeted the children between 1996 and 2003 in Levenmouth, Fife.Following sentencing, Detective Constable Ross French from Fife’s Public Protection Unit said “Izatt is a serious sexual predator towards children. I want to commend the victims for coming forward and speaking with us.
"Their strength and cooperation has proven pivotal in securing this conviction and ensuring he remains in jail. Police Scotland is committed to investigating all reports of sexual crime, regardless of when these incidents took place and bringing perpetrators to justice.
