An incident involving a young child took place earlier this month at Rainbow Nursery in Paisley. It is alleged a child 'climbed out a window'.
A nursery in Paisley is under the watchful eye of the care inspectorate following an 'incident involving a young child' who attends the nursery.
The nature of the incident has not been disclosed but a member of the community, who lives nearby, alleges that a child climbed out of a window before being brought back by a taxi driver. The anonymous resident said: "It’s shocking and I wouldn’t like my children to be unsafe like that child was. You expect your children to go into a nursery and be safe and well looked after.A spokesperson on behalf of Rainbow Nursery confirmed an incident did happen, but the child was unharmed.
"Measures have been put in place to ensure that an incident of this nature does not occur again, and we are co-operating fully with the Care Inspectorate and we cannot comment further at this time.”
