Pensioner cut from Porsche and airlifted to hospital after crash near Scots beach
A pensioner was cut from a Porsche before being airlifted to hospital following a serious road crash in Fife.
Pictures from the scene showed a grey Porsche which had crashed into a wall near the beach. An area appeared to be cordoned off while fire crews cut the OAP from the motor. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 2pm on Wednesday, March 15, we were called to a report of a one-car crash in the Liberty area of Elie, Fife. Emergency services attended and a 76-year-old man was taken to Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, by air ambulance for treatment."
