The Pentagon Force Protection Agency sent out an alert following the incident instructing all personnel to remain in the building, Lt. Col. Uriah Orland told POLITICO. It is unclear whether there were any casualties or whether a shooter is still active. after a man was fatally stabbed on the platform shortly before 9 a.m. It reopened around 2:30 p.m. that same day.
