While Miller hasn't spoken publicly since their apology last year, co-CEO of DC Studios Peter Safran has recently given an update on the actor.

During a discussion surrounding the future of the DC Universe , Safran was asked about Miller’s recovery and status, to which Safran noted that they are currently “completely committed to their recovery,” and that when the time is right, they will figure out the best way to move forward. However, Safran did note that in their recent discussions with Miller, it did feel like they were making progress.
Miller’s controversies came to a head last August when the actor said that they would be seeking help for “complex mental health issues,” in an apology statement made concerning a litany of incidents that had popped up.
