To make room for the rookie Stott on the 40-man roster, the team placed catcher Rafael Marchan on the 60-day injured list. Reliever James Norwood, acquired from San Diego late in spring training, was placed on the bereavement list.Teams are allowed to carry 28 players through May 1. After that, they must cut down to 26.The game is at 3:05 p.m. on NBC10.
