The Braves went 11-8 in the regular season against the Phillies and although they struggled in the first two months of the season, they caught on fire and never looked back. They went 78-34 since the start of June and managed to overtake the Mets for the NL East title, earning a first-round bye in the process.
However, they won't be able to go until a bit later in this series and the rest of Philadelphia's pitching staff has been less than inspiring. Atlanta has a powerful lineup that led the majors in slugging percentage and barrel rate while ranking second in hard-hit rate .
