Jose Carlos Fajardo is a photojournalist for the Bay Area News Group based in Walnut Creek. He started working for the organization as a photo tech in 1994 and in 1997 became a full-time photographer. He has covered many major sporting events and breaking news stories in the Bay Area. But his favorite subjects to photograph are his son J.J.
