Breathtaking photos have captured the burnt orange skies across different parts of Greater Manchester on Monday evening . From Stockport, to West Didsbury and the city centre, submitted pictures showed the moment the sun set and another day turned into night.
It was a pleasant, crisp and dry day across most of the region. Although temperatures remained at a reasonable 7C, much of Greater Manchester enjoyed clear skies and sunny spells throughout. And as the sun began to set at around 4.30pm, with sparse clouds overhead, readers captured the bright orange skies in a collection of stunning images.
