The two-story unit spans 610 square feet and includes a living room, dining area, and kitchen on the first floor.Courtesy of L&D Construction In order to abide by Denver's previous requirements, the ceiling height on the second level is no more than 75% the height of the ceiling on the first floor.Nearby, this unit, which was also $370,000, contains a garage on the bottom floor, and a loft apartment on the top floor, Senderhauf told Insider.
