Already assured of first place overall and hosting a PFC semifinal on Oct. 15, the Saskatoon Hilltops will host the Winnipeg Rifles on Sunday afternoon in a possible playoff preview.Here are five things to know about the Hilltops as they set out to reclaim the Canadian Junior Football League’s PFC crown, currently held by the provincial rival Regina Thunder.The Winnipeg Rifles are fighting for their playoff lives. They are currently tied with the Calgary Colts in the PFC standings.
Davidsen, who is in his fourth season with the Toppers, is just two yards away from setting a new career season-high for rushing yards. Flaman has racked up 342 yards on 18 receptions.Douglas has hauled in 74.
Defensive lineman Riece Kack leads the PFC with 7.5 quarterback sacks. He also has two fumble recoveries, 10 solo tackles, four assists, two special team stops, one pass knockdown and 1.5 tackles for a loss.
