Police say the woman in the CCTV may be able to help officers with their enquiries
Officers wish to identify the woman in the picture in connection with the investigation. The incident happened in the Clayton-le-Moors are at around 3.15pm on Wednesday, April 17, however no details have been released about the nature of the assault or injuries.
Hyndburn Police believe the woman in the CCTV 'could have information which will help our enquiries'. They are asking members of the public to get in contact if they have any information or can identify her.In a statement on Facebook, Hyndburn Police said: "Do you recognise this female? Officers want to speak to the female in the CCTV in connection with an assault that has occurred in Clayton-le-Moors.
"The incident has happened around 15:15pm on Wednesday 17th April 2024. We believe the person in the CCTV could have information which will help our enquiries.
