Three people were arrested following a raid at a house in Rossington, Doncaster, in South Yorkshire. The dupe Dairy Milk bars ‘could easily be mistaken for normal bars of chocolate,’ the police warned. But inside the whacky-looking packaging the chocolate actually ‘contained quantities of an illegal drug,’ it said.
Sergeant Chris Rogers from South Yorkshire Police’s Doncaster South NPT said the ‘consequences could have been disastrous’ if children got hold of the chocolates. He said: ‘We were able to execute a warrant under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act thanks to vital intelligence received concerning activities happening at a property in the Rossington area.
