The incident occurred Thursday night in Penns Grove.
Police are asking for the public’s help after two people were injured in a shooting Thursday night in Penns Grove.
Borough police responded to a call for multiple shots fired on Franklin Street shortly after 8:45 p.m., according to a release issued by Penns Grove Police Lt. Robert Frett. The victims were on Franklin near the intersection with West Main Street when “unknown individuals shot at them,” Frett stated.Additional details about the victims, their conditions and the circumstances of the incident were not disclosed.
