Police slam 'senseless' vandalism after more than a dozen vehicles in a neighbourhood damaged
Police say windows have been smashed, windscreen wipers bent or ripped off, and wing mirrors damaged.Travel on Watford mini-buses for £1 as part of environmental scheme
Streets where vehicles were targeted include New Road, Barton Way, Fuller Way, Mill Lane, Rugby Way, and Byewaters. Three vehicles in New Road are believed to have been vandalised in the early hours of Saturday morning. Damage was caused to the wipers on all three while one vehicle also sustained damage to its bonnet and windscreen.
Wipers in Fuller Way were also damaged and similar incidents were reported on three vehicles in Rugby Way while windscreens were smashed in Byewaters and Barton Way.This senseless vandalism is simply unacceptable and has left vehicle owners with needless and expensive repair bills. “We’re conducting enquiries to trace the person responsible and would ask anyone with information which may assist to please
