Several officers were outside Bees Knees on Bridge Street in the early hours of the morning on Sunday . A video taken by a witness and posted on social media shows at least five officers stood outside the building.
A group of people can be seen outside, with more leaving and making their way past the officers. Music from the video can be heard playing in the background.Lancashire Police has since confirmed that they were attending a medical incident after a man reportedly collapsed in the street. A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: "The Darwen incident was to a report of a man collapsed in the street. Medical incident."
